Meditation works for me for the good.
It helped me to recognize, among other things, tension in my head. Now I am much more aware of it.
But was is cool is that just by breathing I am usually able to get a significant relief.
Before I could carry myself through a day with a heavy head thinking it’s okay. Now I can be more relaxed and gi through a day with much less pressure.
Starting with meditation was easy as 1-2-3-4. No specific courses and no literature. Just found some record with a woman with nice voice and nice instructions.
